About Elise

I’ve always been drawn to creativity.

I studied animation in college and have been drawing digitally for over 10 years, mostly using Procreate. My work is often character-driven, blending storytelling with a playful, wholesome vibe. I've been making art since I was a kid, even after an art teacher once told me it wasn't for me. In 2020, I started sharing my work online and grew a following of over 10K on TikTok and 1K on Instagram. Lately, I’ve been getting into product design and UGC content, while still drawing weird little guys just for fun. I like working fast, trying new ideas, and finding creative ways to make people smile through visuals!

Inspired by ikigai

Ikigai (生き甲斐), a Japanese concept, refers to having a sense of purpose, a reason for living, or the happiness of being busy. I discovered mine while creating a machinima series in IMVU. Over the span of four years, I wrote, voiced, and edited more than 50 episodes across 3 seasons. It was my first time building something that big from scratch, and I did it simply because I loved it.

Rooted in growth

In 2024, I joined Miss Asian Global pageant to push myself out of my comfort zone and earned the title of Miss Asian Entrepreneur and placed in the Top 10. It taught me that growth comes from staying curious, taking feedback and leaning into discomfort in life :)
